Job Posting: Concession Stand Manager

Prowl Hockey of Jamestown, North Dakota is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Concessions Manager to oversee the daily operations of our concession stand. This role is responsible for ordering inventory, handling invoicing, staffing, and ensuring smooth operation during events. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in food service or event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open, occasionally operate, the concession stand during scheduled events

• Order food, beverages, and supplies based on inventory levels and event needs

• Manage invoicing and maintain accurate records of purchases and sales

• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and customer service to maintain high standards

• Handle cash and card transactions, reconcile sales reports, and deposit earnings as required

 Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, concessions, or event management preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Basic understanding of inventory and invoice management

• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Work Schedule:

• May include some evenings and weekends depending on event schedule (Nov-March)

• Approximately: 10-15hrs/week
