Sunday Night Academy

Sunday Night Academy

Legacy Fall Volleyball Academy

For Elementary and Middle School Athletes (Grades 4–8)

Sunday Nights | 5:00–7:00 PM | The Star Center

Purpose

The Legacy Fall Volleyball Academy is a seven-week training experience designed for elementary and middle school athletes who want to grow in skill, confidence, and purpose—on and off the court.

This program is more than volleyball. We believe Sunday nights should be meaningful, structured, and filled with encouragement—similar to the role of youth group in a church. It’s a consistent environment where athletes are built up, challenged, and surrounded by positive role models.

What to Expect

Athletes will be grouped by experience level and coached by members of our Legacy travel team staff. Every session is designed to teach core volleyball fundamentals while reinforcing positive habits like discipline, teamwork, and servant leadership.

Training will include:

  • Ball control, movement, and footwork
  • Serving, setting, and attacking fundamentals
  • Rotations and court awareness
  • Small group competitions and scrimmage-style gameplay

Whether your child is new to the sport or preparing for school and club tryouts, this academy provides a fun and focused environment to grow.
